This presentation focuses on how to foster both emotional and physical intimacy in the context of marriage.

While we all long for intimacy, to be fully known in our innermost self and embraced completely exactly as we are, experiencing intimacy in marriage can feel like an uphill battle at times. In this presentation, Caroline shares the compelling (yet counter-cultural) ways covenant marriage fosters relational intimacy as well as the pitfalls that lead to barriers to intimacy and how to overcome them. Jael concludes with a deep dive into scriptural truths regarding physical intimacy – giving a glimpse of God’s heart in His creation of sex and the freedom that we can experience and enjoy in our marriages.

Our hope is that this presentation will help women see their marriage through a new lens, use their relational power in constructive ways, increase their faith around what God can do in and through them (and their marriage) and lastly, instill an abiding sense of hope that emotional and physical intimacy can be realized and restored.

This presentation focuses on how to build authentic intimacy amidst the peaks and valleys of marriage.

In this presentation, Jacob and Caroline weave real-life illustrations from their nearly two decades of marriage (and lots of humor) to share with couples how God taught them to love each other well and build authentic intimacy in their marriage. How did a chance encounter on the Sunset Strip in Hollywood lead to a marriage that could withstand a myriad of devastating setbacks, disappointments, and failures? Their story reveals an amazing God that upholds the covenant of marriage as perhaps the highest calling of selfless love. It illustrates how an abiding faith is enough to weather every storm and, finally, that the ultimate goal of marriage is not about what we can gain, but who we can become.

Amidst a culture that holds little regard for the sanctity of marriage, this presentation is designed to refocus couples on why marriage matters. Our hope is that it will increase their faith around what God can do in them (and their marriage) and lead them to a renewed commitment to love and serve each other.
